Leisure Leagues: Run Your Own Community Football Business
Run Your Own Community Football Business
Chance offered by the largest provider of community football in the UK
People across the world are being offered the chance to run their own football business, as the largest 6 a side football provider in Europe are looking to expand their Franchise scheme.
The move comes as the Leisure Leagues Franchise Scheme celebrates its fifth birthday. Go Active Lifestyle, who were the first and joined in the summer of 2010, have just signed on for a further five year term.
Leisure Leagues – Europe’s largest provider of 5 and 6 a side football - began offering Franchises in our organisation in 2010 and the very first saw Go Active purchase the license to operate competitions in the North West.
That initial license was due for renewal, but the company has agreed to continue for the next five years.
Leisure Leagues Franchise Manager Simon Philips (pictured middle) said: “We are delighted that Go Active have signed with us for a further term to carry on their good work in Cheshire. The Franchise scheme has been a tremendous success'
Since 2010 many further Franchisees have followed where Go Active began, with around a third of Leisure Leagues’ total competitions now being organized by Regional Managers.
In addition to the leagues in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales we have expanded into America, and further countries will be having their very own Leisure Leagues in the coming months.
Simon added: “The opportunity we offer is a good one, simply because it gives the chance to take advantage of – and expand on – what is already there.”
